If you have traveled, you already have a Forex trading experience.

You are paying with the currency of your country to buy the currency

of the country you are staying in. People who know the Forex market

buy or sell currencies for two reasons: to profit from the difference of

the buy and sell prices, or to protect their investments. The Forex transactions are exchanged between the market participants, so

there is no “open” or “close” of the market, excepting the weekends.

We can consider two major types of commodities: soft commodities- agricultural products such as corn, wheat, coffee, cocoa, sugar, and soybean; livestock also. Hard commodities - natural resources that need to be mined or processed before using them, such as crude oil, silver, gold, rubber. Since old times, commodities have served a crucial role in shaping the global economy and have affected the lifestyle of people. History is replete with examples of how a shortage of critical commodities sparked huge public outcry and social unrest. Of late, the world community is concerned over the environmental and health costs of production and consumption of certain commodities and impact on society.

The definition of a share is simple, the stock is a share in the ownership

of a company. Stock represents a claim on the company’s assets and earnings. Whether you say shares, equity, or stocks, it all means the same thing. If you own a share, you own a slice of pie, cut out of a bigger pie.

The majority of stocks are traded on exchanges, which serves as a crossing road for buyers and sellers to decide on a price. Some stock exchanges are physical locations where both parties meet and decide

on a price. You have crossed at least one picture of a trading floor, in which traders are wildly throwing their arms up, waving, yelling, and signaling to each other. The other type of stock exchange is virtual,

made of a network of computers where traders, the platforms are

made electronically.

Indices Trading is not the same as commodity trading, where a trader chose a commodity, or Forex trading where the trader invests in a particular pair of currency. An index is an instrument that reflects the health of a market or an economy, so when you decide to invest in an Index you are basically investing your capital in a fund that mirrors the behavior of the index.
